  • 1) Register Online:
    Visit our Continuing Education Registration Site.

    Browse for classes by course Category, or use the "Advanced Search" feature, located on the page, in the upper right hand corner. (You can also search for classes by date, by clicking a date on the "Calendar" Icon.) Add your course selections to your cart.

    Create an Account:

    New Users: To create your account click on the "View My Account" button at the top of our registration page, and follow the step-by-step instructions.

    Returning Users: To view your existing account click on the "View My Account" button at the top of our registration page, and follow the step-by-step instructions.

    Check-Out: After you add the courses to your cart, and when you are ready to check-out, follow the directions to complete your registration on our secured site and make a payment with your credit card. You will receive an receipt/confirmation of your purchase.

    2) Register by Phone: Call in your course registration with a credit card to 952-995-1330, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

    3) Register on Campus: You may register in person, at either our Brooklyn Park or Eden Prairie campus, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

  • Privacy Policy: Because of data privacy laws, student information will not be released to anyone without the student's written permission. We will not sell or distribute your personal information to any third party.

  • You can register for any class you have the option to add to your cart. If a class is listed with a phone number to call, you must do your registration over the phone or in person. If a class is listed and not open for registration, a message will appear indicating the date it will open or if the class is full. Register EARLY to guarantee a space in a class!

  • If a class is already filled, there will be a message indicating the class is full and you will have the option to place yourself on a waiting list.

  • Your friend or family member must create their own account and register with their own profile.

  • If the course you select is full, you can request to be placed on a waiting list. If you paid by credit card, you account will not be charged. If space opens up in the class, will will advise you.

  • If you register yourself online, you will be able to see whether there is still space available in a class. Once you complete the necessary payment information, you are registered. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

  • You will receive a confirmation email for each class you register for as well as a receipt for the transaction. We do not call our students to remind them of their upcoming class, therefore please mark your calendar when you sign up for classes.

  • Class locations and directions will be noted in the course description and on your confirmation. Classes are held at one of the following locations:

  • You will receive an email with specific instructions on how to access your online class.

  • Your confirmation email will have specific information for your class, including directions to your class location and forms you need to sign. Please refer to these additional questions for motorcycle classes: Motorcycle Course FAQ

    Participants must furnish their own protective clothing: eye protection, jacket, long pants, full-fingered gloves, over-the-ankle footwear, and DOT-approved helmet. Rider coaches are required to dismiss participants who do not bring and use the aforementioned protective gear.

  • Full payment must accompany your registration. Payment may be made by check, cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

  • Any class with a discount or promotion will be noted on the class listing or category heading.

  • The courses offered through Customized Training Solutions are not Financial Aid eligible. However, you may seek funding or assistance from an outside source such as a government program, workforce agency, or employment center.

  • Yes, if your company or organization does not currently have a Third Party Billing Account set up, we can send the needed paperwork to complete the request. Once entered into our billing system, your company can be invoiced for any registration it submits.

  • The course description will state if course textbooks are needed.

  • Any required materials will be mentioned in the class description or related to you prior to class by your instructor.

  • That will be decided on a class by class basis and depends on the instructor. Please discuss this with your course instructor.

  • In most cases we require at least five students for a class to run. You will be notified by email or telephone if your class is cancelled. The college reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment; payment is then automatically refunded. If we have to cancel your class, you can request a full refund of your tuition or transfer to another course of your choice, space permitting.

  • If you need to withdraw from a class, you must notify us at 952-995-1330 at least 3 business days before the class starts to be eligible for a refund. For Motorcycle Safety Basic Rider courses you must notify us at 952-995-1330 at least 5 business days prior to the first session. Once the eligibility is confirmed by staff, refunds will be issued.

  • Refund Policy: (Also applies to purchase orders) Full refunds will be given to any student/company canceling 3 business days prior to the first session. Student and/or companies will incur all charges with no refund if the student does not drop the course 3 business days prior to the first session.

    Motorcycle Safety Basic Rider Courses Refund Policy:

    ALL cancelations and transfers will be charged a $30.00 processing fee.
    Refund Policy: (Also applies to purchase orders) Refunds -$30.00 processing fee will be given to any student/company canceling five (5) business days prior to the first session. Student and/or companies will incur all charges with no refund if student does not drop the course Five (5) business days prior to the first session.
    Transfer Policy: Students will be allowed a one (1) time transfer with a $30.00 processing fee if we are notified five (5) Full business days prior to the first session. After one (1) transfer there will be no refunds or transfers.

  • Unless otherwise noted, you will receive Continuing Education Units (CEU) for your class.
