OVERVIEW
With training in the Environmental Health and Safety program, you will be prepared for a variety of employment opportunities in this expanding field.You will learn about the management of hazardous materials and wastes, gaining the knowledge you need for employment in emergency response and hazardous materials management.

Training as a safety coordinator will prepare you for a key position within many organizations. Learn about organizational safety policies, procedures, practices, and administrative safety controls.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Safety personnel work in a variety of settings from offices and factories to mines. Their jobs often involve considerable fieldwork and some require frequent travel.
