Course DescriptionThis course will apply mathematics to plumbing calculations in developed lengths of pipe, fitting allowances, offsets, area, volumes, diameters, weights and pressures. Students will also use formulas common to the plumbing industry.

Solve formulas, decimals, fractions, square roots, angle measurement and conversion of length measurement
Calculate allowances for pipe fittings
Calculate equal spacing, angles and elevations of grade
Solve forty five degree diagonals and pipe lengths
Solve various center to center and end to end pipe calculations
Calculate rolling offsets, slope and pitch
Solve pipe length calculations
Calculate water measure, rectangle solids and cylinders
Solve parallel offsets, water pressure, head and force
