FOOD CERTIFICATIONS

Food Manager Certification Training

This compliance training provides certification required by the State of Minnesota. The one-day program consists of a three-hour training session followed by a three-hour certification examination that meets federal, state and local regulations regarding food safety. Any owner or operator of a food establishment must employ one full-time certified food manager for each site to be in compliance.

Food Manager Re-Certification Training

This course fulfills the requirements for re-certification under current Minnesota state law. NO EXAM is required. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided to each student.
