Description: Prepares for daily menu items within specifications for recipe conformity, portion control and nutritional guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that we are meeting our standards for food quality, plate presentation, freshness of product and friendly and professional service. You will work in a presentation style kitchen where serving hot, fresh and high quality food is our top priority. We pride ourselves on serving food that is at a much higher level than typical concession fare or fast food. Maintains sanitation and cleanliness standards in compliance with local and state health codes. Job requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Assist with food prep, clean-up, dishwashing, and floor cleaning as needed before and after serving times. You must have a commitment to providing excellent customer service for every customer, every time. - Organize and distribute products to specific places when deliveries are made. - Keep work area tidy, clean, and organized. - Follow company procedures when preparing food in compliance with health codes. - Prepare food under direction of Chef. - Be able to serve food in an open kitchen format where customer interaction may be necessary. - Must be able to follow recipes and specifications for production, seasoning and plate presentation. - Presentable knife skills. - Be comfortable interacting with the public. - Other duties as assigned.

Responds to customer questions and suggestions regarding our menu and service. Description: The Student Workers are responsible for providing assistance to all new and existing TRIO students with processes including Financial Aid, course registration, and college technology. In addition student workers will support all Grant programs at HTC (SSS, UB, ETS, GEAR UP, Gateway). Student workers will also be expected to assist in the planning, organization, recruiting and promotion of TRIO programs. The student worker will be eligible to work up to 15-20 hours per week, following winter and spring break schedules of the institution they are attending.
