Positions: Greenhouse, Garden Maintenance, and Landscape
Description: Students will work in either the greenhouse, on the grounds or with the landscape department. Responsibilities include assisting the instructors and CLA. Students will perform daily greenhouse tasks including plant maintenance and care. Weeding, mulching, tilling, cleaning, in addition to other tasks will be delegated. For the landscape division, some knowledge on landscape equipment, ability to change oil and tune up equipment is preferred.
Qualifications: Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must maintain an eligible GPA, must attend classes, must have previous greenhouse and/or landscape experience. Must be able to work under instruction and independently. Student is responsible for their own timesheet and must be able to turn in on time. Must be able to operate small equipment such as tillers, weed whips, mowers or skid steers.

Description: Work-study/student worker peer tutors will provide individual or small group tutoring to a variety of students, especially students with academic disadvantages. In addition, peer tutors will:  Keep electronic records (tutoring log) of material covered with each student  Update TRIO staff of student progress and/or missing tutoring sessions  Gain comprehensive understanding of the TRIO programs  Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Must possess strong leadership qualities and ability to function as a team player.
