DescriptionAssist in kitchen maintenance, insure product rotation, organize storage(dry storage, cooler, freezer, small wares and pans), chart cooler and freezer temperatures on regular basis. Assist in dining room set up for functions, delivery check in and storage, set up demonstrations for instructor, Report maintenance issues to instructor(unclean areas in kitchen, dish room and dining room or equipment not working)
Qualifications culinary education recommended understanding of sanitation, product rotation, culinary math, flexibility
