Hands-on Learning
- Students create innovative flavor profiles and unique designs while baking a variety of pastries, specialty cakes, confections, desserts and artisan breads.
- Hennepin Tech has two commercial kitchens dedicated to student education and feature state-of-the art equipment.
- An active Culinary Club allow students to hone their skills and provides leadership opportunities.

Options to fit your schedule
- In just two years, students earn a Baking and Pastry Entrepreneur associate degree which prepares individuals to operate their own culinary business. We are the only college in Minnesota State to offer this associate degree.
- For students who prefer a fast-track, students may earn a culinary-only certificate in eight months.
