|How do you withdraw from a class?|
|Third party||If a Workforce Center is covering credit based tuition/fees, book, or supply charges, authorizing paperwork is required by the tuition due date for the semester being covered. Please see our Third Party Billing information on our website.|

Paperwork authorizing the application fee or the Certified Nursing Assistant Exam is required with the application or registration paperwork for the exam, or may be faxed by the Workforce Center before the student may register.
Paperwork must accompany any registration for courses through HTC's Customized Training Service.

|When will grades be posted and where do I look?|
You can check your grades through e-Services directly from the main page of the HTC website. Grades should be posted within 3 business days of the semester end.
|Public Transportation||HTC participates in the Go-To-College student bus pass program. The pass can be purchased at the tuition office at either campus. The cost of the bus pass is supplemented by the HTC Foundation. As a student, the bus pass is a great option for affordable transportation.|
|When will I receive my financial aid money?||Financial Aid is disbursed several weeks after the start of the semester and then every week after that. For the first disbursement date, please view the HTC Calendar.|
|How do I register for a Nursing Assistant course?|
To register for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course, please follow the steps located on our website under "Get Started".
Our Course Schedule contains the dates the course is offered. The Nursing Assistant courses can be fournd under the Practical Nursing program.
The Nursing Assistant course is typically 5 weeks in length and prepares you to take the Nursing Assistant state exam. The CNA class is also a prerequisite to HTC's Practical Nursing program.
