If you a new to HTC or if you have not attended in two semesters, you will need to complete an Application for Admission to the college. A $20 application fee is required to submit the application.

HTC's Placement Test will help you to be successful in the classroom. The test is used to determine appropriate course placement. After completing the test. you will meet with a counselor to review your scores and educational and career goals
