Step 2: Student Aid Report and Additional Information
The Student Aid Report (SAR) is a summary of the answers you provided on the FAFSA. You will receive this in paper format or in an email if you provided an email address on your FAFSA.
The SAR means you completed the FAFSA but not the entire financial aid process.
It is extremely important that you review this information. If something is incorrect you can make the correction online or contact our office and we’ll assist you in making the correction.
We may need additional information from you in
order to complete your file. If we do, we will mail a paper letter to
you and we’ll send an email (Set
up MetNet Email) notification to you explaining how to view your
status at
Once all the necessary information is submitted to the Financial Aid Office, a paper award letter will be sent to you. An email notification will also be sent to you to let you know you can view your award letter online My HTC Login.
