Dependent Students (Who is a Dependent Student?) will need to provide parents’ income records, SSN and DOB. If you are a dependent student, but have extenuating family circumstances that would make you an independent student, please complete the Request for Independent Status form and return it to the Financial Aid Office as soon as possible.

A PIN from the Department of Education, if you want to sign your FAFSA electronically. Parents (for Dependent Students) will need a PIN also to sign electronically.
