Students gain the necessary skills to operate, configure, and troubleshoot the most commonly purchased graphical user interface (GUI). Students also learn basic electronic concepts as they apply to direct current circuits and soldering skills. Students are also introduced to the concepts and practices required of an entry-level technology professional in an effort to prepare them to become service providers.
