WorkFast
"I am now employed at Boston Scientific in Maple Grove. I will be involved in processing documentation for devices into SolidWorks and ancillary documentation according to Medical Device Industry standards."
"I was told by the employment agency that by attending the Medical Device Manufacturing WorkFast program that that was a deciding factor in my being hired. It was nice for me personally to be able to speak the "lingo" of the medical device industry during the interview and actually understand what I was talking about and sound literate on the subject. Kudos to Naomi and you for putting on a great class." - WorkFast student, 2009.

We are working hard with our partners in industry, education, government and non-profit organizations to develop HTC’s WorkFast programs – short-term intense training programs that lead to employment – for Minnesota workers. Our goal is to offer quality, stackable training that results in competitive skills leading to new and enhanced opportunities for graduates. In these economically challenging times, we need to utilize all workforce resources available to help address these employment and training needs.
