What is Hennepin Technical College?
Hennepin Technical College provides hands-on training for employment. The college offers a wide variety of degrees, diplomas and certificates in technical areas. Hennepin Technical College is conveniently located in Brooklyn Park and Eden Prairie. See the HTC Maps and Locations page for details. Students are able to take a public bus to either campus. Hennepin Technical College offers 45 programs in these career areas:

HTC welcomes new and transferring international students. Currently HTC has international students from 25 different counties. The international student application, checklist and procedure can be found on-line at International Student Admissions Page. HTC offers an extensive ELL (English Language Learner) program. The ELL program helps students learn English to prepare them for college coursework in their area of interest. Paying for College
HTC has one of the lowest tuition costs in the metro area and the college offers many options for students to help pay for college. HTC awards many students financial aid though grants, loans and scholarships. The college also offers work study and student worker positions available for students who want to work on campus before or after classes. HTC Financial Aid also offers a tuition payment plan. Registering for classes is easy. We want to help you. Registering for classes can be done online or if it your first time at registering for classes at the college, you should register in person.
